Do I need to replace my existing CCTV cameras to use Sorveo?

No. Sorveo is designed to layer on top of the cameras you already have — IP, NVR, or hybrid setups. There is no rip-and-replace; we integrate with your existing infrastructure and add the intelligence layer in software. As a member of the Hikvision Technology Partner Program, Sorveo integrates natively with Hikvision IP cameras and NVRs, alongside Dahua, Axis and any ONVIF-compatible system.

What can Sorveo detect?

Today Sorveo recognises persons of interest from your watchlists, flags unknown faces and anyone not on an authorised list in restricted areas, detects restricted-area entry, line crossing, presence and vehicle activity, and monitors camera health so outages are surfaced immediately. People counting and behaviour detection such as loitering are on our near-term roadmap.

Is Sorveo available in Nigeria and across Africa?

Yes. Sorveo is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria and London, UK, with active deployments and partners across Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda and Egypt. We support cloud, hybrid and on-premise deployments to suit local bandwidth and compliance needs.

How long does a Sorveo deployment take?
