What we look for

Minimum requirements.

We're selective — but the bar is operational, not financial. We're looking for partners who can actually deliver for end customers.

  • An active CCTV or security technology business. Either as a primary offering or as a meaningful part of your services portfolio.
  • Existing customer base or live pipeline. At least a handful of customers or qualified opportunities where AI video intelligence would add value.
  • Technical capability. Site survey, network and camera installation, basic VMS/NVR configuration. Sorveo handles the AI layer; you handle the physical estate.
  • Engineers willing to certify. A small core team (2–4 engineers typically) prepared to complete the certification programme.
  • Commercial registration. A formally registered business with the ability to invoice and receive payment in your local market.
  • Reference willingness. Over time, willingness to provide reference customers (subject to customer consent) for new partner deployments.

Who is the Sorveo Deployment Partner Programme for?

It's for established CCTV installation companies, security system integrators, IT managed service providers expanding into security, and property/facility management firms with active CCTV operations. The common thread is an existing client base or active pipeline where AI video intelligence would add measurable value on top of cameras the partner is already installing.

Is there a cost to join the programme?

No joining fee. Partners are expected to invest staff time in certification training (typically 2–3 weeks for a small team) and to commit to a minimum level of co-sell activity, but there's no upfront cash cost.

What kind of revenue can a partner earn?

Partners earn margin on Sorveo software subscriptions for every client they bring in, plus recurring revenue for ongoing managed services on those deployments. Specific commercial terms — margin percentages, deal-protection rules, and tier benefits — are agreed during onboarding and scale with partner performance.

Will Sorveo compete with me on deals I bring?

No. Deal registration and protection are core to the programme. When a partner registers an opportunity, that deal is theirs to lead. Sorveo provides pre-sales support, joint demos, and technical resources — but doesn't bypass the partner.

What support does Sorveo provide to partners?

Free certification training for your engineers; pre-sales support on qualified opportunities; co-branded marketing collateral; technical onboarding for each deployment; second-line technical support during and after rollout; and quarterly business reviews to track joint pipeline.

Do I have to be an exclusive Sorveo partner?

No. We don't require exclusivity. Many partners offer Sorveo alongside other security technologies in their portfolio. What we ask is that partners actively position Sorveo for opportunities where AI video intelligence is the right answer.

Which countries does the programme cover?

All of Sorveo's primary markets — Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, and Egypt — plus secondary markets in the UK and Middle East. Partners outside these regions are evaluated case-by-case.
